If you’d met me as a kid, you’d remember the smile — and the fact that I couldn’t see the whiteboard. My parents found out years later that I’d been acing exams simply because I was listening.
That ability to hear beyond words shaped everything that came next.

I started working at sixteen while studying Chemistry, only to realise I was more interested in human chemistry than lab formulas. My career began in sales and product management, leading me to international roles across Europe and Asia — from corporate environments to fast-paced startups.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked in diverse sectors like construction, retail, healthcare, and AI — managing global projects, launching new products, and guiding multicultural teams through change. Each experience taught me how growth looks different across cultures, generations, and industries.

After years of building brands and teams for others, I decided to build one with purpose: my own.

Today, my work combines business strategy with human development — helping leaders and professionals adapt consciously, lead across cultures, and turn transitions into opportunities for real growth.
